Yoga
Yoga sessions include mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, gentle physical postures and flows and a wonderful final relaxation on the river deck on the USA River. When you start your day with a “Happy Yoga” session, your body will feel energized and your mind relaxed. You are ready for a day in Africa!
Happy Yoga sessions
By participating in the yoga sessions, you contribute to “Happy Yoga Tanzania,” a Dutch initiative. The Foundation aims to spread the knowledge of yoga, by offering children and teenager’s free yoga sessions at local communities, schools and sports clubs. They provide teacher training for young Tanzanian adults to become qualified yogis. It also includes a free weekly yoga class to the children at our DINKA School.
